Project details

Collaborated closely with the Director of SK hynix's B2C branding team, supporting vendors agencies across Europe & US, the US headquarters, and the Korean team on various projects, initiatives, and campaigns. Addressing cultural nuances and language barriers in communication, I served as a program manager to facilitate global projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and efficient scheduling.

Management process

Developed project roadmaps, negotiated project scopes, and established project team norms. Defined roles and responsibilities, identified stakeholders, scheduled regular meetings, and communicated roadblocks, challenges, and dependencies. Supported healthy team dynamics globally, documented project work using various software tools, conducted retrospectives, and tracked and reported metrics in weekly and monthly reports. Ensured third-party agencies, teams, and individuals understood their commitments, upheld accountability, and maintained a strong focus on achieving set KPIs and goals. Assisted project teams in managing workloads to prevent scope creep and deliver high-quality results.
